Lucy feels yoga should be relaxing yet invigorating. A strenghtening excercise which calms the mind and loosens the limbs. A way to balance mind and body. There is no competition, no need to be better than the next person. She wants her students to come away from class with an improved posture and healthy mind and body. Perfect posture does not come before healthy posture.

She likes to start her days with an invigorating Vinyasa Flow session. When she needs to clear her mind she subjects herself to a relaxing session. Breathing, composing herself to gain that calmness of mind we need to concentrate, or to sleep.


Lucy began her yoga life when she was only eighteen and now at fourthy-seven she has as much love for this way of life as ever. Yet, she will never impose her lifestyle on her students.
